These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, apply to all visitors, subscribers, customers, and other users of the Site (“user,” “you,” and “your”).

Intellectual Property

Prices and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. The prices listed on our Site may change at any time without prior notice. The amount charged to you will be the price in effect at the time your order is confirmed.
We accept credit cards and other payment methods, which will be notified in due course. You warrant that you have the necessary rights and authority to use the credit card provided.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where we suspect fraud or other illegal or unauthorized activity.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, you may request a refund. To do so, please send the following information to: orders@technotechau.com.au
- Your name and email address
- Your order number and the items purchased
- The reason for your refund request
Refunds or exchanges for physical products may be accepted for items returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition. We cannot offer refunds where an incorrect product was purchased due to the buyer’s error.
Return Policy
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all products carefully. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
To initiate a return:
- Send us an email and wait for our response.
- Pack and seal the items in their original packaging and send them to the address we will provide via certified mail.
- For defective or damaged products, we will arrange a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving the return.
- For returns due to a change of mind, we will issue a store credit within 14 days of receiving the return.
Refund Policy
Damaged or Defective Products
If products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving them. We will arrange for a return and, at your discretion, send a replacement or issue a refund. We will reimburse the shipping costs associated with returning damaged or defective items.
Warranties — Australian Consumer Law
For Australia: Our goods come with warranties that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality.
For New Zealand: The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies.
Prohibited Use
You must not, under any circumstances, use our Site or its content:
- for any illegal purpose;
- to violate any international, federal, or state regulations, rules, laws, or ordinances;
- to attempt to modify, hack, or interfere with this Site or its content;
- to corrupt data or cause inconvenience to other users;
- to infringe upon the property rights of any other person;
- to send unsolicited advertising or promotional material (“spam”); or
- to attempt to affect the performance or functionality of the Site’s computer systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or expense arising from the use of our Site and/or our products, including direct, indirect, data, revenue, or profit losses; property damage; third-party claims; or other losses of any kind. Our liability for any breach of a condition or warranty under these Terms will be limited to the extent provided for by the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with and in all respects governed by the laws of Australia. In the event of any dispute, we ask that you contact us first so that both parties may, acting in good faith, resolve the dispute to our mutual satisfaction. Where a dispute cannot be resolved, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
